Summary: I have to start off by saying the staff here is top notch. So friendly, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. It was my first time staying here and they made me feel at home. The room that I stayed in was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. So spacious, every amenity you can think of, although there was no microwave I did not need one anyways. The bed was so comfy and cozy. The bathroom area was beautiful, the showers were huge which was nice. Overall I rate this hotel a 10/10 and I will for sure be returning to this place next time I am in Seattle.

Summary: Room was nice. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Customer service was subpar on two interactions at the front desk. I informed them of our late arrival in advance, and when we arrived, they had marked us as a no-show where we would have lost our room if they had been fully booked. The person who checked us in acted somewhat rude when trying to reinstate our reservation. Not courteous to be greeted at 1am after a long travel day.

Summary: Every detail of my stay at the Lotte was exceeding my expectations by a whole lot. Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. The convenience of the location is amazing. The rooms are all clean and the amenities, even though I didn’t use many of them, were hi baby
